We are bridging the gap between authentic, global history and the conscious, modern palate.

For centuries, certain global desserts—from the vibrant Indian Falooda to the Complex Filipino Halo-Halo—have been culinary anchors for communities around the world. These recipes are sacred, deeply rooted in family, tradition, and place.

Yet, as ingredients change and food culture evolves, many of these magnificent, layered creations are either not available, overlooked, or over- simplified.

Frost & Found was born from a desire to become the Curated Archivist of these traditions. We aren’t  just reinterpreting,  we are researching, respecting, and meticulously rebuilding each heritage dessert as a luxurious, plant-based frozen experience. We are bridging the gap between authentic, global history and the conscious, modern palate.

What You Will Be Funding

You will not be just supporting an ice cream brand; you are funding the necessary innovation to bring these complex desserts to the world's door, ensuring authenticity at every phase and maintaining quality from source to serving.

  • We’re perfecting our no-churn, plant-based frozen base—a creamy, sophisticated foundation for authentic flavors like Cardamom, Pandan, Ube, Matcha, Thai Tea & Salted Caramel. Your support will fund the final food science consultation needed to formulate this unique recipe without compromising on texture or taste.

  • Our layered desserts feature a frozen base and fresh components (like jellies, fruit, and syrups) that must arrive in perfect condition. We need to finalize and produce our custom-engineered packaging—the 30-Minute Mixed-Temperature Shipper. This patented solution is the key to delivering the true Frost & Found experience directly to our customer’s home.

  • A portion of these funds will establish our Provenance Token system, allowing every customer to scan a QR code on their packaging and access the direct heritage story, ingredient sourcing, and community credit tied to their specific dessert.


  • A portion of the funds will be for the purchase of initial Kitchen equipment; such as  blast freezers, static freezers, blenders and smallware.

For Sumit, the entrepreneur behind Frost & Found, life is a grand celebration built on sharing the things we love—whether that's a story, a memory, or a remarkable dessert.

Growing up within the vibrant, sprawling context of large family gatherings in India instilled in him a profound love for the communal spirit of food. He is driven by the belief that a simple shared meal can be a powerful act of connection, bringing people together across cultures and generations. With Frost & Found, Sumit is bringing his celebratory philosophy to Sydney.
